When representing a buyer, my goal is not necessarily to sell you a house, but to make sure that you are happy enough in the end to recommend me to others. When representing a seller, my goal is to present your home in the best possible light and to use various proven methods to market your home to the public and realtor community in order to sell your home in the shortest time for the most money possible.
